Course Overview
The Linux family of operating systems is responsible for powering most of the world's servers, smartphones, and cloud systems. Learning it can give you much insight into modern computing. This beginner course introduces students to the Linux family of operating systems through a series of beginner-friendly, hands-on tasks. Covered topics include navigating the terminal, managing files and processes, and working with open-source tools. By the end of the course, students will have the skills and confidence to use Linux comfortably as a daily driver.
